I specialise in kitchen knives, mostly double-bevelled. However, hunting knives and single-bevelled japanese knives are doable as well. You may learn more about my sharpening process here.

What I can't do:

Anything that has a recurved or serrated edge — as I do not have the proper tools for it. I sharpen with flat whetstones, thus it is not ideal to sharpen recurves and outright impossible to sharpen serrations with them.

I also cannot do gardening tools, machetes, power tools, swords, or anything with a blade longer than 30cm for that matter; though you are always welcome to ask if unsure.

Dropoff and Pickup

I have a full-time job and can't collect or return knives during work (sorry for the inconvenience!), so please text or call before coming. We can go from there and figure out what dropoff and collection date/time suits us both.
