I specialise in kitchen knives, mostly double-bevelled. However, hunting knives and single-bevelled japanese knives are doable as well.

I can also sharpen other stuff, including but not limited to:

What I can't do:

Anything that has a recurved or serrated edge — as I do not have the proper tools for it. I sharpen with flat whetstones, thus it is not ideal to sharpen recurves and outright impossible to sharpen serrations with them.

I also cannot do gardening tools, machetes, power tools, swords, or anything with a blade longer than 30cm for that matter; though you are always welcome to ask if unsure.

Dropoff and Pickup Times

I have a full-time job and can't collect or return knives during work (sorry for the inconvenience!), so please text or call before coming. We can go from there and figure out what dropoff and collection date/time suits us both.

Please also keep in mind that I batch knives and only sharpen them during the weekends. If you drop them off on a Tuesday, you'll be waiting almost a week before you can get them back. Most of my customers dropoff on Saturday and the knives would be ready for collection Sunday afternoon or Monday morning.
